This was from our last dr's visit at 17 weeks. We change doctors from the one we have been seeing for the past year. His hospital is smaller and is not equipped for labour so we had to change. Baby was very active kicking and suck its thumb. It was amazing to be able to see so much from an ultrasound. It was our first time to see the baby so clear and hear the heartbeat. I couldn't help but cry, tears of joy :). I can't wait to see my baby on monday again. This up coming week is our next appointment with the doctor. Every visit is exciting cos we get to see the baby and hear how the baby is doing and growing. I can't even wait to feeling the baby move/kick. I know some people say they first felt their baby move at 15 weeks but i think thats for the experienced ones but as for us the non-experience ones have to wait a little longer :). And in the meantime look forward to all the dr's appointment. More updates to come your way in the following weeks!

It's been a while...

Yes, it has been awhile since last time i blogged. Things has gotten busy for us by the day. A few days ago we sent out our newsletter it has a full overview of everything we been doing/apart of for the last 3 months. One of the things we mentioned is our friend that we have been/trying working with them since we come back from the states. Please continue to pray for them, pray that God will restore their love for one another, heal their marriage and that there will be forgiveness and repentance will take place. I believe that God can bring this couple back together if thats he's will...for nothing is impossible with God Luke 1:37.
We are doing fine. We continue to pray that God would provide for the funds we need to move to Windhoek. We continue to go back and forth between Okahandja and Windhoek. I am very tired of this but i'm sure one day i'll look back at this time and see something different than i do now.

This month since the 10th and 12th grade are writing their finally exams we are having my sister and cousin stay with us to help them with study and for them to have a more quite place where they can study. Living with two teenagers has it challenge but we are very glad to help them.

Well i'm gonna stop here for now.

Quick update

As many of you know we are in ohio right now.  We are going to be here till August.  We are raising funds for a house and monthly financial supporters.  At this point we can't really say how its all coming together, yes we have had opportunities here and there but we do want to give time before we give an overview on how the Lord is providing.  We are praying and trusting that God will bring along people to give toward this needs.

We still have some holes to fill on our calender so if you are interested in meeting with us please feel free to contact us via email or Joel Ogden.  Right now all our Wednesdays and Sundays are filled so Wednesday and Sundays are pretty much out, if you are a house church and would like for us to visit than if your house church wont mind to meet on those day are available than we'll love to visit and share what the Lord is doing in His beautiful land of Namibia.

P.S. Don't forget to shoot us or Joel an email first. :)

Two years!!!

Monday June 1st was our 2nd anniversary. It has been a great two years of God's grace upon our marriage. We went to Windhoek and had a great time...it reminded us so much of the time we were dating....walking around the mall, going from one shop to the next, and just having fun together and not having to think about what we "need" to do before heading back home. The past few days has been so busy with us, this was just the thing. I love being married and looking forward to growing old with my hubby God willing.
